For example, if you want to migrate to paper-on-demand but no-one seems to have time, our project management software (Vertabase) will show you where people are spending their time. You can decide if they can be pulled off some of their current projects and moved to something like paper-on-demand that could generate bigger savings now. Another thing is that you can categorize specific initiatives into different categories so you can see if they qualify for additional or new Federal Stimulus Funding.
